Please use the file upload facility below for any supporting evidence you wish to submit, such as images, word documents, PDF files etc. Please make sure that each file is no more than 4MB in size.


Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. Entries close 5pm (BST) Friday 8th October 2010. Entries must be received at the PSI Offices (226 High Road, Loughton,Essex IG10 1ET) or online via this form on or before this date and time.
  2. You must complete the entry form and send this with your 500 word statement.
  3. By submitting the entry form all entrants warrant that they have permission from all necessary parties within their organisation.
  4. By submitting this entry form you grant PSI permission to use its content in publications/events/websites.
  5. All entrants must where possible provide details of partner organisations and suppliers/consultants mentioned in the 500 word statement.
  6. In the event that an entry is found to breach any of the terms and conditions it will be ruled invalid and withdrawn from consideration.
  7. Judges reserve the right to determine whether an entry qualifies as acceptable. Entries the judges deem not acceptable will be ruled invalid.
  8. Terms and conditions may be amended at the organisers discretion. PSI will publish revised terms and conditions on this website.
  9. All judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the judging process or the outcome
